Powerlevel Up is provided as-is and may change as the product improves.

You keep ownership of the material you add. You give Powerlevel Up permission to store, process, display, export, and delete that material as needed to provide the app.

Only add content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for illegal activity, spam, abusive content, malware, credential storage, or content from children under 13.

You choose whether to approve an agent and which requested scopes and duration to allow. Depending on those scopes, an agent may create or read cards, edit known cards, record reviews, or read and edit project structure. Edit and review scopes do not by themselves reveal card content; reading content requires separate read permission. Agents do not receive your password or browser session. Review agent-created cards before relying on them, and revoke grants from the dashboard when you no longer need them.

Flashcards and demo content are for learning and organization. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, or parenting advice. For professional or emergency questions, use a qualified professional or emergency service.

You can export a structured copy of account data, export selected study content, revoke agent access, and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend access to protect the service, other users, or the integrity of the app.
